[CDC] Location, Location, Location [Closed]

Greetings, fellow CDC Veterans (and newcomers, should any show up!)

Locations have been around from the start, but there are actually not that many of them. And on top of that, around 60% of them are in two factions: WP and DoD. So, this is the challenge:

Design an interesting non-DoD, non-WP location.

Everything goes as long as it is a location and doesn't belong to either of those factions. If you can't live without your WP or DoD and are hellbent on using one of those faction, i will accept mixed purity locations with either 1DoD or 1WP in it (but not both togheter).

--- Card Design Challenge Rules ---
1) The Judge appoints a challenge, it can be anything, making new card, redesigning an old one or whatever you wish.
2) All that wish to participate submit their card design. Each participant may only submit one entry per challenge, you may however edit your post as many times as you wish till the deadline.
3) After an announced deadline the Judge decides a winner. The winner then becomes the Judge for the next round, if the winner does not wish to host the next round a runner-up may do so instead.
4) All entries submitted before the deadline are guaranteed feedback, either in this thread or in another detailed feedback thread.

1st place: 3 alt art packs and 3 collection penta packs
2nd place: 2 alt art packs and 2 collection penta packs
3rd place: 1 alt art pack and 1 collection penta pack
All participants who submit an entry will receive a collection penta pack

For every 3 seconds the opponent takes during the planning phase, the fortress of the owner gets 1HP. If the location gets destroyed, the owner of the location gets 10 HP penalty.

Pay 2 or Overcharge a card: You may play Artificial Characters from your graveyard by paying their cost this turn.

Basically gives all artificial characters the recurring nightmare ability minus the buff, let's you re-use things for constructing or just re-play decent artificial characters, lets you use cards like mechanize to make things revivable, would also synergize pretty well with infested scavenger.

Sacrifice Twisting Landscape: search your deck for a location or artifact that costs X or less and put it into play.

Purity was meant for flavor purposes as well as to promote interfaction comboes (mostly with GI)

Tectonic Elemental

Whenever a location enters play under your control, Tectonic Elemental gets +3/+3 for each Warpath purity in your deck and deals 3 damage to your opponents fortress for each Flame Dawn purity in your deck.

When you deploy Blink Enforcer, remove target character, at the end of the turn return it to play in the same zone it was in.

Pay 3, exhaust: Remove target deployed character. Return all other characters removed by this card back to the game in the zone they were previously in.

Characters you control gain +2/+2. Whenever a character you control dies, you lose 4 health and 2 morale.

Pay 3: At the end of the turn if there is an Enthusiastic Architect in the same zone as this card Combine into Murder Mansion

Murder Mansion

Location- Artificial Magic

Whenever a character dies, its owner loses 4 health and 2 morale.
Whenever a character your opponent controls dies, deploy a 4/5 thrall in your support zone.

Pay 3: All characters on the battlefield get -2/-3 until end of turn.

Whenever a card that was created using Combine leaves the deployed area, it splits back into the 2 cards that combined to make it
