Okay everyone, this is the feedback thread for Wave 2 cards in the upcoming Rebellion expansion. I'm including the original reveal information in a spoiler tag for those who haven't read the latest Weekly Post yet. If you have, skip the spoiler tag to go straight to the screenshot of all 14 cards listing their parameters and effects.

Okay, and here are static images of all the cards so you don't have to login to the PBE to see them. Feedback is welcome - think about possible combinations with other cards, try them out on the test server if you want an early taste! I'll schedule and announce test sessions once we're ready for that step, which ought to be very soon.

1st

The first group is the Defiant line of character cards: If they are removed from the game, they cause special effects. For example the Defiant Engineer will give +1/1 to all characters you control when it is removed from the game, and the Defiant Hunter will temporarily give you +1 resource one turn after it is removed from the game. In the hidden spoiler tag below, mouse-over to see the Defiant Brute card for the Cult of Verore.
Incorrect effect for the Defiant Engineer. Also the spoiler links are annoying. Come on man, get it together.

The art, as always, is beautiful

Only stupid interaction I can think of off of the top of my head is that you can overcharge the Defiant Exile, then your opponent can overcharge him, then you can, then your opponent can, and suddenly the game is grinding to a halt. I doubt it would happen, but the fact that he can get passed back and forth--or worse, that he always goes to your opponent even when they overcharge him--seems like it would get very upsetting very quickly. I see that someone else also saw this coming and decided to safeguard against it.

Rotation is possible in the future, but officially that has not been decided yet.

Good to see the lore expanding. Also Spirit Guard needs more Jade.

So basically overcharge cards and overcharge fodder cards, not bad.
Loving some of the animations.

Though if removing from the game is going to include from the hand then what should happen if we use an InterdimensionPhasebot for overcharging?

Really cool, always wanted cards that felt good to overcharge (only exiles had them, with gather the weak, before)

Posting to let players know that we have found an error in our card creation - we accidentally gave Spirit Guard "Charge" when overcharged, instead of Vigilance. That will likely be fixed soon, and definitely before we run a test session with the community.

I agree. I especially like the animation of Morningstar Accelerator. From the looks, Champion's Attendant and Spirit Guard also feel like their Animation is going to be really good.
