Did not receive daily reward for completing three games.

I completed four games, yet I did not receive the indication of receiving a free reward for completing three games; I have no idea of knowing if I received it or not, because a similar thing happened to me two days ago. Is there a way to filter the game so that one can view the latest cards earned?

happens to me quite frequently, its pretty messed up and no u didnt recieve a reward it will just come late (thats what happens with me sometimes)

Firstly, I can confirm you did *not* receive the reward. The system spun for it, but you weren't credited with it.

Secondly, I know I've said this to you before, but I need to say it again. Without an output log, there is nothing we can learn from this. All we can do is confirm that it didn't happen.

Should the case be that you haven't restarted your client whatsoever since the end of that match, an output log is still needed. Should you have restarted your client since that time, there is no information we can get from this unfortunately.

I didn't even know that an output log can be made for this type of an issue. Can you please post the link again? The last time I referenced it, the instructions seemed complicated.

You misunderstand what an Output Log actually is.

An Output Log is a description of all the actions/reactions made by the game client as it contacts the servers and communicates with your computer. This document is generated in the game files when the client is started, and stays there until a new session is started, then it will be wiped and start fresh.

Reporting a Bug/Account Help

There's the post, pinned on this same board, describing how to get one. It is GREATLY preferable if you would send things of this nature in a direct email to the support address listed, rather than using any of the reporting methods listed, as this is an account help issue on top of a bug.

Hiccup or not, we can't know *why* that hiccup happened without an output log. We'd be greatly appreciative of anyone who'd send us one for this issue.

Will do, next time it happens (if it happens) Since my games been opened and closed since then due to some net dropping issues.

We're pretty much entirely confident that it's a visual issue, so that output log will be incredibly valuable finding out why that confliction happened.

Have you managed to send anything through? We need to confirm whether or not the client is being credited with the card and this is a visual issue, or if the database simply isn't actually sending you the card.
