Deck Legality
« on: July 11, 2013, 04:46:18 PM »
So, watching some videos on the Tube, and reading posts on the forum, what are legal decks (and I do mean 'tournament approved' ones). Would be glad to hear about it in detail since I'm not too certain, for example - I know some creature cards are unacceptable, which are they?

Peace! :)

Cards that are banned for this tournament

    Yobo, who nobody likes
    Zombie Scavenger
    Vanguard Knight
    Verore Kidnapper
    Disciple of Mian Monastary
    Fear
    Repair
    Genesis Scavenger
    Dark Blast
    Awaken
    Word of Command
    Harbinger of Light
    Zom B Gone 4000
    Protector of the Dead
    Aleta, Immortal Traveler
^ These cards are from RISE. This tourney only uses Core set cards for now.
Fact - 42.3% of all statistics are made up on the spot.

Someone also mentioned Yobo, and other cards in some videos I've watched.
Just trying to figure out what is an acceptable deck for PvP so I won't piss anyone off with cards that seem legit to me.

If you toggle the format to "Tournament", the legality checker will immediately show you which decks and cards are good to go also.

People play with Rise cards all the time in non-tournament PvP games, so I wouldn't sweat it unless you're playing a tournament game.
