Rent-a-Knight - Deckbuilding help
« on: June 21, 2013, 02:53:36 AM »
Hey guys.

Heatzz just PMd me and suggested that I start a thread where I help you guys build decks.  I think its a fantastic idea, so thank you Heatzz.

SO here is how it will work.  You give me your deck list, and your relevant card pool.  I will make some changes iwth your cardpool if nessecary, and if you have the best you can build, I will suggest cards for you to chase down once trading goes live.

Heatzz can have first spot if he wants it.  I will give him 2 days to respond, and if he hasnt by then, I will take first person to comment.
I'm a pretty big deal around here.

Feel privileged.

Sounds like a very good idea.

Too bad we don't have a deck building sub-forum.

I know its easy to just do a screenshot but I suggest actually writing our your deck contents and separate by card type. It makes it much easier for people to make suggestions.

Suggest switching out a OoM for a Breeder for faster breeding. Or a Life By passing for quicker resource.
Demon of Fear seems to work better in hand so maybe replacing with Candit is more effective.

I have a breeder as a commander and one in the actual deck.  The breeder as a commander works really nicely.

Yeah Candit for sure in command, I would also say a Life by Passing over One of Many so you have a guaranteed turn 2 drop. On turn 3 you could then play Candit as a fast blocker or play some of your other guys.

Now, now, Lets not turn this thread into a suggestion box.  As much as we all want to help new players, it is WWknight's thread, so lets leave it to him to make the suggestions.  Im sure he would rather see it filled with new players adding their decks and collections rather than a million people throwing in the obvious suggestions for one or two decks.

If he wants help, he will say so

Thanks Warhawk.   :)

Im turning it into an article, and it should be up on Wednesday (I will link).  Feel free to comment though.  Im just running this as a way to get content on my site.  No need for Heatzz to have to wait until then :)

I have not checked this site in awhile, but it should be much less hassle for everyone involved if you use this deck building tool.

Edit: Or it would be if it was updated. Only a few new cards are missing, so you can probably still use it.
