Before commenting individual entries, I want to say that making flawed ideas or plain boring cards like most IW epics into something good and interesting is by no means an easy feat, yet I was pleased to see effects of your work.

Gotta appreciate effort for picking Ultra-Unit, but this card in unfixable without reworking of mega units first, which is not possible for CDC format (and even then it could be better to make Ultra-Unit independent from mega units) You may want to change your entry if you care about being rated high, I think it's only fair to say it.
Redesign epic rarity card you find bad and could use buff.
It may be complete rework, adding new effect next to existing one or making old effect more fancy, just don't change only cost, power and health.

When Spellbreaker enters the Deployed Area, it gains +1/+1 for each Ability card in opponent's hand. When Spellbreaker hits the fortress, he changes two Ability cards in your opponent's deck into Placebotron card.
Exile 2 Discard one random card: Azazel gains Flying until the end of the turn, if Azazel deals damage to the opponent's fortress, you temporarily gain 1 extra resource next turn, if not - you temporarily lose 1 resource next turn.

I would like to nominate Hacker - guy widely known for occupying top of draft leaderboards. Also for helping countless guys, for his steady and tenacious work for IW sake that common players were not aware. He didn't seek credit for all of that, doing it entirely for us - players.
